Monday, April 18 th 2016 – 08:39 AM Many Villages in Northern Musirawas Yet been Electricity MUSIRAWAS – Parliament at North Musi Rawas, South Sumatera, was concerned with the number of villages in the region have not affordable electricity. Commission III DPRD members North Musi Rawas, Desi Lesmayati, based on research into several districts and villages in the region for some time ago, the issue of the construction of electricity and roads as an urgent matter to be a top priority. A. Undang-Undang Otonomi Daerah Pelaksanaan otonomi daerah (OTDA) di Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan sebanyak sembilan kali yang ditandai dengan perubahan UU OTDA/Desentralisasi, yaitu: UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1945, tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Dalam undang-undang ini ditetapkan daerah otonom adalah kerisidenan, kabupaten dan kota. Tetapi tidak ada Peraturan Pemerintah (PP)-nya, sehingga tidak dilaksakan dan usianya hanya tiga tahun. UU nomor 22 Tahun 1948, tentang Susunan Pemda yang Demokratis. Dalam undang-undang ini ada dua jenis daerah otonom yaitu, daerah otonom biasa dan daerah otonom istimewa. Juga ditetapkan tingkatan daerah otonom yaitu, provinsi, kabupaten/kota besar dan desa/kota kecil. Dalam undang-undang ini, pemerintah pusat memberikan hak istimewa kepada beberapa daerah di Jawa, Bali, Minangkabau, dan Palembang untuk menghormati daerah tersebut guna melakukan pengaturan sendiri daerahnya mengenai hak dan asal-usul daerah.
